Below are some products I own and and use regularly for my fitness + wellness lifestyle. Putting them here in case you find them useful too!

Running

I made the switch to Garmin’s Forerunner 35 GPS running watch a little over a year ago and have no regrets. I’m the kind of runner that gets a tad obsessed with pace and distance, so I like things to be precise. Compared to other GPS watches on the market, this one does everything you need at a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

I used this Casio watch for nearly the first ten years of my running hobby. It’s cheap, simple and gets the job done. It’s also super lightweight, waterproof and durable.

I’ve owned these headphones for over a year and use them gym sessions, treadmill and outdoor runs, and walks. For the price, they are great quality and very easy to use. The sound quality is also great!

Yoga

As someone who has a regular home yoga practice, yoga blocks are a must for me. These foam blocks are hard enough to stabilize me when I need, but cushy when I want to use them for supported bridge or supported supta baddha konasana.

Foam rollers are great but difficult to fit in a suitcase. When I travel, I pack these yoga balls to massage out sore spots after long days of walking or sight-seeing runs.

Another staple to my home yoga practice, this strap allows me to get into deeper stretches and practice moderate progressions of certain poses like King Pigeon and Dancer’s Pose.

At-home workout equipment

I take these bands with me whenever I travel. Perfect for a quick hotel workout, increasing resistance to gym moves, or elevating my mobility work, they have endless uses!

Basic bench that I bought on Amazon and gets the job done. Affordable, sturdy, doesn’t take up much space 🙂

Health Food/Supplements

I put two scoops of this collagen powder into my coffee/matcha tea every morning. It’s the perfect protein boost to start off my day. It’s tasteless and odorless, but it adds amazing froth to my drink!

Perfect bars are one of my favorite protein bars for their ingredients and taste. Although somewhat high in sugar (and not low-calorie), I love them for a sweet snack or on-the-go dessert.

Books

I read a lot (often several books at once). These are some running and yoga books I love.
