I’m Andrea, a former Division 1 collegiate runner, a Boston-qualified marathoner, a half-marathoner, a certified yoga teacher, and an overall enthusiast for fitness and exercise.
I love to move and play. I love to travel. And I love to try new forms of fitness activities while sticking to the tried and true basics.
